Rita Rathee

As, Vice – President, Business Development, Rita, brings several years of experience across diverse business sectors. Starting as a practicing Architect in India, she has worked in senior positions in Canada at Confederation Life, Sun Life, Ontario Hydro and OMERS. On re-location to India, from 1983 to 1988, she undertook projects in housing, infrastructure and real estate development, and thereafter on return to Canada. Currently, apart from these areas, Rita is involved in franchise development and brings to the team a very strong business acumen, geographic knowledge and expertise, including valuable connections both in Canada and India.

With a continued interest in India’s rise and growing Canadian infrastructure investment, our consultancy will provide counsel, support and guidance to its clients interested in making a foray into India’s housing, infrastructure and real estate development arena.
