Insurance Consultancy and Investigation Services

Starting in 1984 and continuing for several years, Rathee
and Associates provided insurance advisory and consultancy
services to Insurance companies from overseas. One of its strong
suits was the investigation of fraudulent claims wherein false claims
are created and filed where a death has not occurred or death has been
deliberately caused to defraud the insuring company. Emanating from one
of the biggest insurance frauds (“Dhiren Joshi Case”) against 32 North American
insurance companies in the amount of US $ 3.2 million ($ 100,000.00 insured by each
of the 32 insurance companies), Rathee and Associates investigate this fraud and saved
the companies from paying out on this massive fraud. It also resulted in a prison sentence
for the fraudsters. Close to fifty cases of fraud were handled by Rathee and Associates resulting
from the worldwide publicity of the Dhiren Joshi case. It is the intention of our consultancy to provide
